100% Organic Pinot Grigio. The grapes for this wine are harvested from select vineyards according to organic methods: no use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. The wine is processed at cool temperatures and fermented for about 20 days without the addition of enzymes or cultured yeasts. The finished product is stored in cool underground tanks before bottling. Fresh and luscious fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit and flowers.
